February 7, 2000 Opinion: It's Arrived
 | The FY 2001 budget request is public and available for all to look at. We will
take a break in our analysis and prognostication and read what the Administration actually
is stating in its request. You should also read the request, available at:

| As can be expected, the documents are in great demand. February 7 in the morning
the GPO site was not available to me, probably due to heavy traffic, but the White House
site was fast and easy to get to. Good luck in your search. We will pick up
with performance measures and the news hidden in the budget next week. |
