The Budget.  Links to the overall Federal budget, where to find the numbers, and where to find information related to the "big picture" that affects the budgets of agencies and the appropriations process.

Links to OMB (Office of Management and Budget) and CBO (Congressional Budget Office), the major sites for information on the overall Federal budget.  OMB and CBO are the major official organizations that develop numbers and make estimates of effects of budget actions on the surplus and deficit.  Many times they are at odds, especially when the President and the Congressional majority are from different parties.
